Venturi’s wines are all nurtured by hand in our own vineyards located at about 250m above sea levels benefiting from a south/east exposure. Just healthy vines are grown with a strict hand farming culture and only exceptional bunches of grapes are kept to make our final products, resulting in wines with unique qualities and limited quantities. Vines are spur pruned producing an average yield of 60q/ha.
Innovation and respect for traditions are at the heart of the farm. Skin contact fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a constant temperature of 23-24°C. The wine is then aged in 500Lt Oak barrels for 8 to 10 months and subsequent 12 months in bottle.
