Venturi’s wines are all nurtured by hand in our own vineyards located at about 250m abovesea level, benefiting from a south/east exposure. Just healthy vines are grown, and only exceptional bunches of grapes are kept to make the final product, resulting in wines with unique qualities and limited quantities. Vines are spur pruned producing an average yield of 80q/ha.
Innovation and respect for traditionsare at the heart of the farm. Early harvest at the end of August, short maceration on the skin for about 6-7 hours at 10°C in a vacuum press, first fermentation in stainless steel at 14°C following a second fermentation in Tank(Charmat Method)forSix months to 15-16°C and a short ageing in bottle.
