Venturi wines are the fruit of our vineyards located approximately 250 m above sea level, facing South / EST; all processes are carried out by hand. The health of the vines and thinning for the constant search of the best bunches, give our wines unique organoleptic quality and a limited selection of bottles. Innovation and respect for tradition are the leitmotiv of the company. Fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26°C for 10 days. Aging in large oak barrels, ﬁ nishing at least three months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red with purple hues and brilliant. Fine and intense on the nose with a strong ﬂ oral component reminiscent of the rose. The taste is dry, warm and very balanced.
Pairings: Meats fat as “soppressata” without garlic, cheeses, pasta with red sauce or processed pasta dishes with mushrooms or trufﬂ es, also grilled red meat and game-birds.
