Venturi wines are the fruit of our vineyards located approximately 250 m above sea level, facing South / EST; all processes are carried out by hand. The health of the vines and thinning for the constant search of the best bunches, give our wines unique organoleptic quality and a limited selection of bottles. Form farmed spurred cordon; yield per hectare of 90 q.

  • Oenology

    Innovation and respect for tradition are the leitmotiv of the company. Fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26°C for 10 days. Aging at fi rst in stainless steel, then fi nishing at least eight months in the bottle.

    Grape Variety: Montepulciano 70% - Sangiovese 30%
    Alcohol: 13% vol. [could vary with vintages]
    Best Served: 2-5 years
    Service Temperature: 16-18° C
    Tasting Notes: Ruby red with garnet refl ections. Fine and complex nose with hints of ripe red fruit in alcohol. On the palate dry fruity and harmonious.
    Observations: Extending the time of aging in bottle you can get a better balance and olfactory profi le.
    Pairings: “Salumi” and cheeses, pasta dishes with good structure, roasted or braised red meats, furred game.
    Available Sizes: 375 e 750 ml in Bordolese bottle.
