Venturi wines are the fruit of our vineyards located approximately 250 m above sea level, facing South / EST; all processes are carried out by hand. Innovation and respect for tradition are the leitmotiv of the company. Fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26°C for 10 days. Aging at ﬁ rst in stainless steel, then ﬁ nishing at least eight months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red with garnet reﬂ ections. Fine and complex nose with hints of ripe red fruit in alcohol. On the palate dry fruity and harmonious.
Observations: Extending the time of aging in bottle you can get a better balance and olfactory proﬁ le.
Pairings: “Salumi” and cheeses, pasta dishes with good structure, roasted or braised red meats, furred game.
